In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
1. All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, flights and services at the time of confirmation.
2. Package cost is based on current airfare, hotel rates and currency exchange. Any increase in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharge or currency fluctuation will be payable by the client before departure.
3. Hotel standard check-in time is 14:00&ndash15:00 hrs and check-out time is 10:00&ndash12:00 hrs (as per hotel policy).
4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may be chargeable.
5. Any unused service (hotel stay, meals, sightseeing, transfer) is non-refundable.
6. Sightseeing and transfers operate on fixed timings. Passenger must be ready at hotel lobby at scheduled pickup time. Vehicle will not wait beyond 10 minutes and service will be treated as NO-SHOW.
7. In SIC (Seat in Coach) tours, vehicle sharing with other passengers is applicable.
8. www.tripkard.com is not responsible for delay due to traffic, weather, flight delay, natural calamity, road closure, political issues or any situation beyond our control.
9. Hotel category (3*/4*/5*) is as per destination standards and may differ from Indian standards.
10. Hotel rooms are subject to hotel availability. In case of unavailability, similar category hotel will be provided.
11. Any damage caused to hotel room, vehicle or property by the passenger will be payable directly by the passenger.
12. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Medical, accident or personal loss during travel will be passenger responsibility.
13. Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from travel date. Visa approval is subject to Embassy rules.
14. Cancellation charges will apply as below (unless airline/hotel has stricter policy):
&bull 30+ days before travel &ndash booking amount non-refundable
&bull 15&ndash29 days before travel &ndash 50% of package cost
&bull 7&ndash14 days before travel &ndash 75% of package cost
&bull 0&ndash6 days before travel &ndash 100% cancellation charges
15. No refund will be provided for No-Show, late arrival or early departure.
16. Tour itinerary may change due to operational reasons, weather or local authority instructions.

18. All disputes shall be subject to Panipat (Haryana) jurisdiction only.
By confirming the package, the client agrees to the above terms & conditions.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
Air tickets and hotel bookings are governed by separate cancellation and amendment policies.
