Leave civilization behind. We drive North (6-7 hrs), passing the historic Kabi Lungchok and the roaring Seven Sisters Waterfall. The road gets rougher, the air thinner. Arrive in Lachen (8,800 ft), a remote settlement that feels like the end of the world.
Overnight: Lachen
Start at 4:00 AM. We climb to 17,800 ft to stand on the shores of Gurudongmar Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world, surrounded by snow-clad giants. The oxygen is thin, but the view is breathless. Post-visit, we descend and traverse to Lachung for the night.

Explore the Yumthang Valley, a riot of rhododendrons and alpine flowers (seasonal). Visit the natural Hot Springs to thaw out. Post lunch, we begin the return drive to Gangtok, carrying the silence of the North with us.
Overnight: Gangtok
Breakfast and transfer to Bagdogra/NJP. You return with stories few can tell.
Accommodation: Stay in hygienic and sanitized rooms on Double/Triple sharing basis in the hotels mentioned (or similar category).
Meals: Daily Breakfast at the hotel (unless a different Meal Plan like MAP/AP is specified in the package).
Transport: Exclusive private vehicle for:
Pick-up and Drop-off at Airport/Railway Station.
Sightseeing as per the final itinerary only.
Note: Vehicle is provided on a Point-to-Point basis and is not at disposal.
Driver & Road Expenses: Driver&rsquos allowance, fuel charges, toll taxes, state taxes, and parking fees.
Permits: Inner Line Permits (ILP) or entry fees where explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.

Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
Air tickets and hotel bookings are governed by separate cancellation and amendment policies.
* Air ticket cancellation and date change charges will apply strictly as per airline fare rules.
* Hotel cancellation and modification charges will apply strictly as per hotel policy.
* Airline penalty, hotel retention charges, fare difference and applicable service fees will be calculated individually.
* In case of any amendment, rate difference, seasonal surcharge or revision in fare/rates (if any) will be payable by the client.
* Refund amount, if any, will be processed only as per respective airline/hotel rules.
Tour itinerary may change due to operational reasons, weather or local authority instructions.
