• **Holiday Booking & Cancellation Policy &ndash Tripkard** 1. **Supplier-Based Cancellation** All cancellations and refunds are completely dependent on the respective supplier (hotel, airline, activity provider, etc.). 2. **Non-Refundable Services** If any activity, hotel, or service is marked as *non-refundable* from the supplier&rsquos end, then no refund will be provided under any circumstances &mdash even if the cancellation is requested 30 days before travel. 3. **Refund Eligibility** Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed as per the supplier&rsquos cancellation policy and timelines. 4. **Booking Confirmation Time** After making the payment, if your booking goes into a *pending* status, it may take up to **30 minutes** to receive final confirmation. 5. **No Guarantee Until Confirmation** A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive final confirmation. Until then, availability and pricing are subject to change. --- **Note:** By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the above terms and understand that Tripkard acts as a facilitator, and final policies depend on the service provider.

3. No refund will be provided for No-Show, late arrival or early departure.

Air tickets and hotel bookings are governed by separate cancellation and amendment policies.
* Air ticket cancellation and date change charges will apply strictly as per airline fare rules.
* Hotel cancellation and modification charges will apply strictly as per hotel policy.
* Airline penalty, hotel retention charges, fare difference and applicable service fees will be calculated individually.
* In case of any amendment, rate difference, seasonal surcharge or revision in fare/rates (if any) will be payable by the client.
* Refund amount, if any, will be processed only as per respective airline/hotel rules.
Tour itinerary may change due to operational reasons, weather or local authority instructions.
